Winkler's newest community daycare! The centre is located adjacent to Northlands Parkway Collegiate on Hwy 428. Northland Childcare Centre is open to all members of the community and will provide quality programming for infants (12 wks +), and preschoolers in a licensed child care facility. NCC is a non-profit incorporation that is funded and licensed for up to 74 childcare spots through Manitoba Early Learning and Childcare.
